When the camera detects a face, it has been found that it is degraded in a backlit environment. Modify the orientation of the camera.
If it is still heavy, there is a possibility that the machine specifications are simply insufficient.
I highly recommend that you use the trial version once and see if it can be used in your environment because the Luppet itself requires high PC performance.
